About the tour
Discover the rich nature, culture, and traditions of the Manggarai tribe at the UNESCO-listed Wae Rebo village. Home to seven traditional houses, the village preserves its original architecture. The community shares a profound cultural and spiritual connection with nature and ancestral spirits. A private car with driver will pick you up at 08:00 AM at your accommodation from where you will go to Repi View Beach first. At Repi View Beach on Mules Island, admire the round stones that decorate this stunning beach. Afterwards, continue on a scenic trek to Wae Rebo Village. This trek allows you to immerse yourself in lush landscapes and local flora and fauna as you make your way to this enchanting village, where you’ll spend the night in a traditional house. On the second day, check out of Wae Rebo Village, hike back, and then continue by car to the Spider Web Rice Terraces. Here, you’ll witness breathtaking agricultural patterns resembling spider webs. On the way back, you will enjoy the sunset at Sylvia Hills, after this the driver will bring you back.
