Borobudur and Prambanan are a must-visit in Indonesia. Yogyakarta was once the home of the powerful Mataram old Kingdom, the special region in Indonesia dazzles with its timeless architectural treasures. Perhaps none is quite as grand as Borobudur and Prambanan Temple, two majestic temples with sprawling complexes considered the legacy of the glorious Indonesian old kingdom. After breakfast a driver will pick you up at your accommodation and will bring you to Borobudur.

Borobudur Temple is famous as one of the greatest Buddhist monuments in the world, built in the 8th century with about 2,000,000 blocks of gray volcanic stone. Decorated with unique 2,672 relief panels and originally there are 504 Buddha statues. Prambanan Temple is a 9th-century Hindu’s temple compound dedicated to the three Highest Gods in Hinduism, Brahma God as the Creator, Vishnu God as the Preserver and Siva God as the destroyer. The beautiful sculptures on the reliefs of Prambanan temple hint at the complexity of an artwork. At the end of the day the driver will bring you back to your accommodation in Yogyakarta or Magelang.
