1. About us

The Happinezz Hills is a boutique hotel and restaurant located in Karimunjawa, Indonesia. By using this website or making a booking you accept the terms below.

2. Bookings & payment

• Rates are shown in the currency listed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Tours and shop items can be paid online via our payment partners (Xendit, DOKU). Accommodation bookings are confirmed by email or WhatsApp.
• A booking is only confirmed after payment (or deposit) is received and you receive a confirmation message from us.

3. Cancellation

• Accommodation: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Within 14 days the first night is non-refundable.
• Tours: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour. Inside 48 hours, no refund unless the tour is cancelled by us due to weather or safety.
• Shop items: refundable if unused and returned within 14 days.

4. House rules

• Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00.
• Quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00.
• We are a non-smoking hotel; smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
• Children are welcome under adult supervision, especially around the pool.

5. Tours & safety

Snorkelling and boat tours involve inherent risks. Guests participate at their own risk and must follow the instructions of our guides. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers water activities.

6. Reviews

Reviews submitted on this site are moderated. We may decline or remove reviews that contain offensive language, defamation, false information or unrelated content.

7. Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage caused by events outside our control (force majeure), for personal injury caused by negligence of the guest, or for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jepara, Central Java.
